Russ Fry designs and fabricates custom steel and wood furniture, lighting and architectural installations from his design studio in Livingston, Montana. Every piece is thoughtfully crafted balancing function and form with a modern, playful aesthetic.

After earning a master’s in graphic design from Montana State University, Russ slowly transitioned from desk to worktable while teaching himself welding and fabrication. Small commissions have grown into large installations capable of completely transforming the interior spaces where they reside.

Russ regularly experiments with new materials and construction techniques. His studio in Livingston is a showcase of his wide-ranging talents and style.
